Why are shingles's blowing off my roof? Repair being made due to improperly installed shingles.

In this video, EAS Roofing, is repairing a roof where the shingle's were improperly installed. The nails were popping and rusting, the shingle's were also unevenly installed. On the ridgevent the nails were driven into the metal and sealed with roof cement. The roof cement began to crack and water caused the nails to rust. I hope this video gives you an idea of why your shingles my be blowing off your roof and the repair that may be needed.
